One click and my new website murdered itself..

It's really easy to erase an entire website. One click and it's gone. The wrong one of course. This is the site I was trying to delete so I'll carry on from here. But now I have forgotten where to insert the code for linking to people. I know it's in the template but where?

30 degrees in the shade right now. It was San Juan this weekend so people have been letting off fireworks since last Thursday. One every twenty minutes. Just enough to turn Arthur into a shivering wreck so he's presently under the bed.
