Try uploading sketchbook

Well, today the image is here, so I think it is going to upload. It's a couple of pages from a small sketchbook that I carry around. These are idea for a Maureen Chlorine cartoon.

I am always amazed at what people wear in public. I was in the Lake District (England) one summer and I saw this huge, red-faced man in shorts, baseball cap, and sleeveless vest. He had arms like pig's legs. On the front of the vest were printed two enormous words.
"FAT BASTARD" I mean, really...why not just take a magic marker and write "I am a twit" on your forehead. Is one allowed to swear on a blog? I'm sure someone will let me know.

A grey day in this part of Catalonia today.

sketchbook

I have to change my password every time I login. I can't figure out how to change my user name. This is very dreary.

These are two pages from a little sketch book I carry around. These are ideas for a "Maureen Chlorine" cartoon, which can be found on www.renderosity.com. Next step is finding out how to create a link. Oh, I think I just did it. Now the picture will not load. I am a moron.

Did some sketching in an "English Pub" called "Spot On" last night. They had a guitar recital. Guitars are impossible to draw but there were some good characters there. Why are the English extra weird when they live abroad?

I'll upload it anyway. Perhaps I can get the sketch in tomorrow. That's if the computer doesn't blow up. It sounds strange.

It's raining in Spain today. Cycled along the beach, the empty beach. Sat on the deck of the now deserted beach bar watching huge black clouds go by. Cycled back home, got soaked. Tried to login here a million times before I finally twigged that perhaps my user name was also being used by a million other people. So, changed that. Now I'm going to upload some more of Maureen. It's 800 pixels wide. I want to see how much the blog people automatically reduce it.

Isabel hails from Castile.

I don't know if I'm going to get the hang of this? It's taken me half an hour to sign in (laughs wearily) I can't see how I have forgotten the password since yesterday? Going to see if I can upload an illustration of one of Maureen's friends. She is a shepherdess called Isabel and hails from the plains of Castile. Here goes...

Maureen Chlorine

This is Maureen Chlorine. She has been steadily taking over my mind
recently so I have decided to put her up on the web. I know nothing
about website design so hope to learn as I go along.
